 Please observe the 5-mph speed limit 

Trash: Household garbage only in the blue dumpsters, cardboard only in the tan dumpster and plastic, cans and bottles in the tan refuge containers. Registered patrons and/or their guests are responsible for disposal of their trash into any marked refuse bin located in the park. Garbage must be wrapped and, with other refuse, must be kept inside the RV until deposited in the designated refuse bins.  Do Not Overfill the dumpsters.

 Placement of landscaping, pruning, or other yard waste into the refuse bins is prohibited. No dumping of any car fluids, paints or any other items. Bringing trash from outside the Park to dump into the Park’s bins is prohibited. Construction debris (material), large items such as mattresses and appliances, electronics to include computers, monitors, printers, televisions, and/or radios etc. are not to be disposed of in the bins.   Do Not Overfill the dumpsters. 

Conduct: Actions by any person (as determined by Park Management) of any nature which may be dangerous or may create a health and safety problem or disturb others is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, any unusual, disturbing or excessive noise, intoxication, quarreling, threatening, fighting, immoral or illegal conduct, profanity, or rude boisterous, objectionable or abusive language or conduct. Persons under the influence of alcohol or any other substance shall not be permit

Please clean up after your pets.  Dogs are to be on a leash or a lead at all times outside the RV. Dogs and Cats are to have collars and tags

Dog walking is allowed in most areas of the park.  Please respect the other tenants and their spaces.  Be aware of the cars and your surroundings 

Please do not leave items unattended in the laundry facility. Any items left in the laundry room unattended will be taken and placed into the office by management. Diamond Hill RV Park and its management are not responsible for any items left in the laundry room. Washing of pet bedding or other pet materials in the laundry machines is expressly prohibited.

Restrooms: Please do not leave items unattended in the bathrooms. No hair dies of any kind are allowed. Any items left in the bathroom unattended will be taken and placed into the office by management. Diamond Hill RV Park and its management are not responsible for any items left in the bathroom. Restrooms and showers are provided for the exclusive use of registered patrons and their accompanied guests. These facilities will be closed from time to time at Park Management’s discretion for clean

Wireless Network (Internet): Registered patrons will be provided access to the wireless internet. Wireless internet has not guarantee of service and is a benefit for the tenants and not a right. Users agree that use of the Diamond Hill RV Park wireless network is at the user’s sole risk and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the owners, owner’s agents, and/or park management from any damage that may result in the use of the wireless access. 

 Site Maintenance: Mobile Home and RV spaces need to be kept clean of clutter. Do not place personal BBQ’s or hot items on tables or benches. The installation of any accessory equipment and/or structures in their site or on the property is prohibited without prior Management approval including decks. Any accessory equipment structure or appliance not in compliance with the Park’s Rules and Regulations shall by removed from the property by the Registered patron within (10) days of written notice

Vehicle Limitations: RVs must be in good working condition and are subject to management’s discretion. Tarps are at the discretion of the Park Manager and must be white or tan in color. Tarps must fit the top of the trailer without draping over any windows, doors or access points. Mobile Home, RV and/or camper exteriors must be in good condition, free from rust. Any RV is subject to Manager Approval before long-term residency. 

 Automobiles: Patrons with more than one (1) vehicles or have vehicles the site(s) cannot accommodate including motorcycles, must park in the designated overflow parking area assigned by the park manager. Additionally, the tenant will pay a fee of $25 per vehicle for extra vehicles that the space does not allow. Space permitting, all motorcycle(s) must be registered in the RV Park office. 

No parking on grass or roadway is permitted at any time. All vehicles must be in working order, no storage of vehicles is allowed at the RV site. Don’t drive in or occupy empty RV spaces. No vehicle repairs, maintenance activities or fluid changes of personal vehicles are permitted. Parking of cargo trailers or anything other than standard transportation vehicles is not permitted.

All vehicles must have current tags and insurance.
